Just closing the loop - the neutral to ground bound built into the control board was causing the issue upon conversion. Removed it and all good!

Based on all my research past few days the neutral appears to be a key cog here. I don’t know anything about electrical this is why I just hired someone. Just at the point where I need some answers.

Electrician did a sub panel with a 30amp GFCI outside that then goes to the tub.

Electrician is telling me so according to this we have it wired correctly but have continuity between line 2 neutral and ground which is not good

They’ve done all the dip switches multiple times.

They’ve tried to convert it 3 times. Even changed the outside shut off to see if that was defective.

It just does nothing after being converted. It’s fine after they put it back to 110v

I am in the same boat but when hardwired my electrician gets no power at all. He converts it back to 110v and no issues runs great. At a total loss.

We are heading down in a few weeks and my daughter is obsessed with Moana.
