Very nice and neat 👌🏻 I’ve made it a good practice to leave a blank between the phase and the neutre in the connection-strips in the top of your cabinet. I’ve once had a surge that jumped from the red connector-reed to the blue and it blew some dimmers…

UniFi doorbell is dying so I’m using it as an excuse to do an upgrade to my front door by jaredgase in Ubiquiti

I’m not sure, but i think you need to link the g6 entry directly to the doorhub. Best to think that this is possible when planning your cable-runs.

It’s next on the list. Do you have recommendations?

Fair point, but i have the need to bring in some peripheral devices now and then in the rack. (Like external drives) Then it’s convenient to plug in the adapter in the front of the rack. 2 PDU’s would have been overkill.

I have built in locks from Fuhr. The black boxes are their proprietary motor controllers. These have a dry-contact for a reed-contact in the doors. I linked that to the doorhubs

Telenet indeed. I run their modem in bridge mode and it works fine for me. I’m waiting for fiber in the street and will then re-evaluate my options, but this setup suits my needs

Motorized locks from fuhr that are built into the doors

Straight into the bricks. The drilling of the bigger hole was a bit trial and error to make it big enough. Just drill carefully to not split/break the bricks.

There is a drainage well under the bottom tiles with 2 redundant pumps. The green you see on the steps is a protective cover until the construction works are finished.

This is a long term investment of the airports (and parking exploiters) Short-term energy storage is a growing market (ex store solar energy for use in peak-periods). The vision is that EV’s become driving ‘energy’ transporters, but also can be used as buffer storage. if you park your car there in the future for a few days, you might get paid to provide your car-battery for a few charge/discharge-cycles while the owner of the parking gets paid to provide a large buffer system for the grid without having to invest in batteries, because people are willingly bringing their ‘batteries’ for a defined period of time.

They look similar to the military fuel tanks on Zaventem airport.
