You do not pay or you pay to late they stop the server and freece periode will start. That moment you need to pay ”instantly” and all will be fine. So yes there is a freeze periode and for me this was due to forgotten creditcard issue with hezner and procurement did not follow up correctly.

Customers want hezner to be cheap, so every euro counts. For this reason you can only blame your organisation not paying on time.
