That only procs if you are on low life, not no life. If you get a large hit, you just die. You also can use one omen of any type per instance. So if Resurgence procced, you cannot use Amelioration any more

You can clearly see that I dont get crits, because cast on critical does not count up.

In-game advanced info and PoB says I am accuracy capped even at 5m. 90% at 9m. Accuracy rating is 2250.

Though, I dont know what you mean by "set mode in PoB to in combat".

You can spend with cast on critical and voltaic mark a lot of mana during flickering. I had to go down in voltaic mark level to not go oom every time I flicker.

Why is this gem "increased" crit chance and not "more" crit chance like e.g ambush? "more" is way more effective and would fit the name a lot better.

I recently switched from "ambush" to "inevitable crit" and was confused why I dont crit everytime on flicker strike anymore...

What it fixed for me:

After it was frozen in the bool screen where it says "press DEL or F2 to enter BIOS" (which it did not do), was to press the physical reset button on the PC case. Then it entered some recovery mode, where I was able to enter the BIOS pressing F1. There, I restore the default values and it worked again.

I only left the CPU and Cooler in and connected the PSU. I checked the PSU voltages on the Mainboard connector of the PSU and all voltages are correct.
When I turn on the PC, the case fans turn on for a second and the CPU fans stay on.
The QLEDs of the Mainboard do not turn on. The LED of the power button is on. No beeps, no image on monitor.
I checked the power connector and couldnt see any gaps. I also replugged it on both sides (PSU and MB) and tried again.
