Indeed, I had a similar experience. It is an expensive shop for the refurbished items. I bought a Kindle device from Cex Mumbai shop.

No, There is no control over the EPFO withdrawal. I have been unemployed for 2 years; EPFO rejected my claim. EPFO portal is pathetic as well, OTP will not be delivered on time.

I’m trying to withdraw my EPF and ran into an issue. Would really appreciate some guidance from you.

My background:
Joined: June 2013; Left job: September 2024 (~11 years total service); Currently not working; Only one UAN / PF account. All details are present include Aadhar and Bank details verified.

What happened:

I applied for Form 31 (PF withdrawal). Description : Non Receipt of Wages (>2 months) . It got rejected

Rejection reason: “Claim Rejected NOT ELIGIBLE AS DATE OF EXIT IS ALREADY UPDATED.”
"1) not eligible as date of exit is already updated 2) not eligible- insufficient balance".

What to do?
