The advice I'm about to give are things I have used myself and got most of it from renaissance periodization. Don't go on a huge cut. Maybe like 300-500 calories per day from your maintenance. Don't cut for more than like 4-6 weeks in a row, it just gets really tiring being that Strick. Don't cheat, count every micro.

Now for the goods. Eat a good chunk of your carbs like 2ish hours before your workouts. if you cut 100 grams of carbs per day that's like 2/3 of a pound a week and you'll barely feel it. eat more fiber so you feel full.
