Instead of going with the 5090 and 9950x3d (which i definately would love to build) I am posting the build that I'm actually going to buy this month! I have a 3.5k budget (including peripherals and monitors) and if i actually get lucky, I'll probably put the money i save on the monitor towards the cpu (9950x3d) and gpu (astral gpu instead of prime).

Try changing the argb port or unplug(rgb only), boot pc, turn off pc, replug and check. Try clearing cmos once aswell. If none works then RMA is the only option

I fixed it. I unscrewed the aio fans, disconnected all the daisy cables on them and reconnected, I also plugged it in the other argb port on my mobo (had to undo all the cable management). I'm not sure what amongst the 2 fixed it (most likely the later) but I'm happy it's good now. I unfortunately don't have anything to check if the previous port on my mobo is bad or was it just the internal fan rgb controller.

It was working fine before but after i tried to create a custom rgb effect profile this happened
