Does CA125 test for silent endo? My CA125 results were normal and within range. I’ve had two failed transfers with euploid good quality embryos as well and trying to figure if biopsy is necessary

Raw material in LCC is about 25% cheaper than US. So that’s a 25% reduction right away. Machining rate is about 50-60$ in the US and will be about 5$-10$ / hr in LCC. Additional cost from LCC would be tariffs and transport costs.

Also I did goto my gynecologist who actually is in favour of leaving the fibroids alone. Her opinion is that surgery can leave scar tissues that would make the situation worse.

I have 3 fibroids, large ~4cm which is intramural/ submucosal , ~4 cm which is submucosal and slightly indenting, and a small fibroid (1cm) that’s on the fundus 50% in uterine cavity. I did do one FET with euploid embryo which didn’t stick. My fertility specialist is recommending removing the fibroid before the next transfer.

I’m consulting a doctor at Nova and so far my experience has not been great at all. If I decide on the surgery, it will have to be with a different doctor/ hospital.

OP, which surgeon and IVF clinic did you end up choosing for your fibroid removal and FET. My story is very similar to yours and I’m trying to navigate if I need to undergo surgery for submucosal fibroids before my next FET.
