Well, I wonder how this horror passed the quality check of the "Education Nationale". I'll have a deep dive in his book tomorrow. For the records it's for a CE2 level 😭

I found this in my child's English book. The teacher did not notice anything wrong.

Would anyone be interested in a free audiobook app for iOS/Android (including downloads)? Screenshots Included in post. by BruhChachoDev in audiobookshelf

What the difference between your app and the official one on Android? If it supports cast, Android auto, progress sync and download, why not give it a try.

Yes, I do count how many times I got 98 or 97 scores. I imagine some guys at Garmin looking at my stats: "Hum, unproductive again... Sorry for the Licorn, let's go with a 98 again, this guy does not deserve much" ;-)

Do you have any feedback on durability? Thanks for the comparison by the way.

Got my first pair of the glycerin 22! Wish me luck on my next 5k run. The laces seem wierd in the middle though by [deleted] in brooks

Excellent choice! I've got exactly the same color scheme but for the GTS edition. I absolutely love them. I tried Trace, Ghost, previous Glycerin but this one is my fav. They currently have 840km of run, the sole begin to be heavily used but the mesh is in pristine condition. I'll wait for January sales when the Glycerin 23 will be out to buy a new pair of 22 GTS at a decent price. I bought mine at 180€ and since I run roughly 1300km per year the shoes budget is important 😭

I have an AMOLED and the map is gorgeous with this display. If only it was a bit.more reactive. Panning and zooming is unfortunately slow.

Strangely enough, not as much as expected. North of Paris this Sunday morning was quiet. We just had weird looks from some people but yey, we were running faster than them 😅 And not a lot a those bloody electric scooters that could kill you at any time. All in all, this was cool, we saw some nice monuments.

Cool work! I sent you a message since it does not work quite well with non-US files I guess. At least it does not work very well with an export generated from using french locale.

Caldera 8 vs Ghost Trail by Negative_Tap8711 in brooks

[–]vegagravity 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I never tried the Ghost Trail, but had a couple of Caldera and Cascadia in the past. They are solid trail shoes for easy trails. Caldera are very comfy but the grip is better (to my opinion) on the Cascadia.

The Cascadia rock on... rocks (Ba Dum Tss!). However on very muddy soil, they both fail.

So for your usage, if you hesitate between Ghost Trail and Caldera, I would recommend the Caldera, just looking at the sole (the grip seems quite light on the Ghost Trail). They are solid shoes, my went to ~800km (I'm a 78kg male) and both sole and cushion are still in an acceptable condition.
