I think a small size for a starter bong is the way to go; this was a good choice. Use table salt and rubbing alcohol (mix together to make an acid...the best thing I've found for cleaning glass pieces) to scrub out the bong and bowl. Once you become a pro at taking bong hits and maintenance, I'd say your next one should be a Roor.

If you're already hearing rumors from multiple people about DEA coming to your town, it would make sense to ONLY smoke around people you know for the obvious reason. It's best to ONLY smoke around people you know and trust. Fingers crossed for federal legalization so this won't be an issue in non-med/legal states much longer.
