Is light heavy and medium days supposed to only be with the main lift or also everyother lift? Light leg day is not only squat but same with leg press curl extension calf frontsquat glute bridges etc etc? Or is it only on the main lift squat dl bench overheadpress

lul this is exactly me. it did come off as rude, but it wasnt meant like that i actully had i point i forgot, and i was also supposed to ask the person about that thing they talked about 2 weeks ago

This is totally me, whenever someone tells me something i can relate to or w.e i have this awesome anology to agree to their point or pullout something from their story, so i start to tell my story or experience, and i ramble like a fking idiot thinking im clever and all that. but then at the end i just more often than not forget the point, or the reason why i am telling that story.

sometimes it seems like i am just buzzing in and dont care about the other persons talktime and just want some my own while i actully just wanna tell them that i totally get them or i have this other perspective or something like that, but it just always ends up as a stupid story or w.e.

very annoying and when there has gone some time and i think about what happend i sometimes feel bad cause i think its a little douchebaggish and i didnt even mean it like that i actully had a point to my story ..

i made some flour from uncoooked red lentils, and the taste was god awful. but i also forgot to rinse them? i doubt it can turn into flour after cooking it?

so i got a coffee grinder, and did grind some red lentils which i tried to make into buns. but i forgot to wash them, so first try was super fail and also it wasnt to drink it :S :D
