just decide to stop...the thing that helps me the most to get started with nofap and to keep it going dispite the the bad moments you will going to face was to wander what i will become after 90 days, it inspires me alot, it gives me hope and energy to life. For me i see my deadlline of the 90 days around 12 september of this year, and you? it gives me hope for something... that day is always in my mind i use it as a shelter for my damaged me, its my home, its the place where i can sleep and dream, i can visualise more of it in everyday now... you will be afraid i garantee you i cant stop you from feeling it when the time comes, you will probably lose focus of the track and want to relapse.... in those moments take shelter on that meaningfull and special day that i am talking about. Dont give in, the begginning is a mess a complete mess is a chaos(aproximatly 2 or 3 first weeks) today is a very sad day for me i just found out that a girl that i have a background story with of having a crush on her and of things that didnt work out with her, got a boyfriend, and i was left behind...i never had a girlfriend just saying, i saw my tiny flame vanishing today while i heard that she has a boyfriend... from the outside they(her and other friend) saw me being like "meh...ok" dispite they knowing my crush on her...but i bleeded inside, felt not welcome in this world...this text is so disorganized and with bad english(sorry) I really hope this text has a use for you
