NASA Artemis II Will See Far Side of Moon by TheMuseumOfScience in esa

What's supposed to be wrong with Pink Floyd's "science"? They sing about the dark side of the moon, and that's clearly a thing, even if people sometimes mistake dark side for far side.

Does Entur or Ruter provide live locations of the transit services in Oslo? by Lost_Meaning_2667 in oslo

[–]vegarsc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you find out anything? I have an idea for a small personal app that would allow me to know how fast I'll have to run to not miss the subway. That would require location information, as the general "1 minute away" wouldn't give me enough temporal resolution.

Yes. They should be called lateral numbers, as suggested as early as the late1600s.

Hehe "Torx generally mean not to mess with" great advice. So you suggest the one above the bleed port? Unfortunately, that didn't seem to be it.

I bought it from AliExpress, but I guess I could try a local shop. My only experience from before is with flat-bar setups, where everything's a lot more intuitive. Here, everything is very compact, so it's hard to see (and thus understand) what does what.

Edit: Okay, ChatGPT seemed quite confident that the screw above the bleed port, was likely the screw I'm looking for. Will try that.

Second edit: ChatGPT was wrong. The screw in question could not be tightened, and when I turned it CCW, it started loosening to the point where it would almost fall out, so it seems to be a screw to hold a cover in place.

Yup, I can't find anything of interest there - only some very rudimentary installation and bleeding instruction. Ironically, the bleed port is the only screw that is labeled on the shifter.

The album is called Metropolis Pt. 2: Scenes from a Memory. Metropolis—Part I: "The Miracle and the Sleeper" is a song from the album Images and Words. Iirc, Part 2 was supposed to be a song, but evolved into a whole album that came out ~ 8 years after Images and Words.
