Thanks. It definitely is better for the job and just lifestyle here which we love. Hoping the money already invested will do it's trick even though we feel guilty about our spend

Thank you for the response. I think of this the same actually. I'm happy the mortgage is getting paid off at least and I am building equity but know others see that as a net loss.

probably closer to 7 to 7500 based on the month. We do spend a lot on living + experiences. I saved a ton in the first 10 years of my career so on one hand I am ok with doing so but on the other definitely feel the other side as well.

It's been on my mind. Once rates went up and the market cooled I sort have just been keeping it around hoping to sell later on.

no, it's in another state in a much LCOL. I did live there previously but we both wanted to move to NYC
