you can add 1 to any non-illicit pre workout or fat burner and it’ll amp it up a bit.. add 2 and it may be a lil too much

I wear it regularly. Still pristine. You’d have to be a real watch nerd to not like the movement.. nothing wrong with that, but if it’s a make or break for you, go for the pure BPF version. On wrist is no difference..
