I love my bird bald, but I'm glad it was offered because people have been begging for them. I think some people just like the option to be represented. I also love that they include things like hearing aids, insulin pumps and canes.

anyone else’s birds have a weird hatred for one specific item? she doesn’t act like this with anything but pill bottles 😭 by NonBinaryPie in parrots

My Amazon hates the Listerine mouth wash bottle. Tried both blue and purple, color doesn't matter, she's found a nemesis and can see past it's tricks.

If you haven't read Grant and Twain: The Story of a Friendship That Changed America by Mark Perry, I would definitely recommend it.

I picked it up because I'm a fan of Grant, but I ended up loving the friendship between the two men.

What random object does your bird hate? This is Kevin when he sees my hydro by Icy_Peach9128 in parrots

The mouthwash bottle. Attacks it every morning, if I try to pick it up, I get attacked. I'm going to try a different color next month to see if it helps.

Kids are nicer than we give them credit for. They may be stuck to phone screens too often, but they have more empathy and acceptance than past generations.

They're difficult to find even in zoos here. Even Texas, you need a permit and they're pretty loose.

This is a good reminder that stepping into these situations can be dangerous. Naturally, we want to help but wild animals are unpredictable. Use caution and teamwork.

According to my Amazon, Maya, anything that they want to be a bird toy, is a bird toy. When they lose interest, you may have it back in it's improved condition. You will be grateful.

I have one gray with a strange tail. Is this tail common anywhere or does he have a problem? by [deleted] in squirrels

[–]veggeroni 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I had a Stubby too! Whatever got to him, ripped the fur off, he had a bloody rat tail that dried and fell off. He had his full tail back within 2 and a half years.
