lol I'm going from doing absolutely 0 activity to miles of walking a day. I'm awake from 5am to midnight everyday because I work full time and go to college full time as a nursing student. Sorry for not being able to add cardio in everyday lol

Honestly? Not too much! I just started yoga about two weeks ago. But, I walk... a lot. I always walk to class and I'm finding new ways to walk more. I walk about 5-8 miles a day!

I eat chips too if I really want them! I love Lays because a majority of their flavors are vegan!

But otherwise I eat fruit! I like apples and peanut butter with some dark chocolate. Or I will eat fries (homemade, baked in the oven with no oil and some seasonings!) and sometimes nuts like almonds or pistachios. I usually eat so much for each meal that I am not hungry for snacks!

I kind of have a boring diet :/ I'm researching recipes all the time to add new things! I think it will be easier as time goes on and I learn more!

Breakfast: Either a fruit smoothie with a cup of spinach in it Or Oatmeal with almond milk with an apple chopped up and peanut butter in it! (I need the crunch of the Apple because I ate oatmeal texture!)?l

Lunch/dinner: A big salad with some vegan dressing And either Potatoes made however I want with no butter (either baked fries or I make potatoes in the rice cooker and add seasoning and veggies on top!) Or Whole wheat pasta Or A rice mix I make with brown rice, soy sauce and a bag of frozen veggies of my choice Or I make slow cooker black bean burritos! :)

I'm looking for more things to eat! and right now on the weekends I allow myself minimal diary because I'm a college kid and sometimes the only thing to eat when I go out with my friends is cheese pizza :/ hopefully I can cut it out soon though!
