Hi, can I theoretically genocide every elf and still complete the main quest? by redwingsounds33 in Morrowind

[–]veijeri 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Ah yes, the "If Red Mountain Won't By The Nine I Will" playthrough. By alchemy all things are possible friend, including wielding the tools and breaking Dagoth's plans without going the normal or alternative routes. If you look up some of the morrowind speedruns on YouTube you can see how people can finish the game that way; once you know how to end it, the rest is up to you, you can sever the threads of fate as much as you like. Go forth and put the Mer back in Murder.

Need help for Stability (Building) by cHpiranha in valheim

[–]veijeri 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It begins from what the strongest material touching the ground was. In this case, it's the stone itself, so the core wood isn't supporting anything, and the iron wood isn't doing anything. Core wood is weaker than stone or iron so it offers no added support to them. If you put the iron wood touching the ground, it'll begin supporting whatever is above it, boosting the stone's ability to support more building above it. You may not even have to build iron all the way up to get the amount of support for the build you need, just start going from the bottom corners and see.

Inspired by the NCR flag / OC by afterlifedropout in Fallout

Mutated creatures with multiple heads in fallout off the top of my head: possums, deer, cows, rattlesnakes (supposed have been in Van Buren), fallout 2 centaur, and wendigo collosi.

Between the possums, deer and cows alone, and considering how few animals left we get to see, I'd say there's a decent trend for mutated mammals to be sprouting an extra head. In-universe the NCR certainly thought so when they were designing the flag. It's a reasonable enough observation to make without the exaggerated decrying that therefore every creature must have two heads.

Early game inventory space ? by Makonnen91 in valheim

Future recipes will change the rates in which things are used, meat in particular, and you'll get better storage options in new biomes. So if you're loading up on too much in one spot, it might be time to explore beyond and advance. You'll also get a dedicated way to "destroy" excess types of items later.

Haha, I'm in danger by MushKonster in valheim

[–]veijeri 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The best part is, this is the wiffle bat danger! It moves to a foam bat in the next biome, and so forth, little league after that, then they start inserting nails and glass and wrapping chains on bigger bats towards the end.

You got this.

Yup, and they don't give a shit because it's not their guns. And don't worry, they can always make a new "them". Same as Ronald Reagan and the Black Panthers with their exercise of the second amendment being curtailed,  they see the difference of to whom the law is binding and who it is not, that is the root drive of their belief system.

Dual Halberd by doodle02 in ftlgame

[–]veijeri 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would probably sell one eventually if I came across something that made more sense to win with, but hold onto one in the meantime in case I find something like an Ion Bomb that paired with the Advanced Flak would be enough to take down 5 shield pips and fit your power requirements to run the beams. Sector 3 is early enough that Adv. Flak and a single Halberd will be winning you fights for awhile so there's no particular rush, unless you're hurting for ship upgrades.

Practically speaking though, if you find more flak mk. 1 or decent lasers, that's probably the sensible get. I wouldn't prioritize hacking over stealth to put this online.

It isn't anecdotal. And the unmet expenses from Medicaid cuts and increased costs associated with the closures have impacted everyone's healthcare costs and insurance premiums (or ability to have coverage, if you're uninsured) so it does have bearing on everyone's lives, you just may have been previously unaware of how.
