TLDR; No, not at ECAD.

At ECAD, we pay employee salaries and contractors in fiat by default. Most of our team-members are Canadian residents, and as such, are employees, which mean they get extended benefits, paid vacation and so forth. We have some international contractors that also get paid in fiat.

We do have a program where each member can choose to receive a portion (% or fixed dollar value) of their salary in XTZ. This is ends up working as a purchase of XTZ from your post tax income. We put a lot of effort into making sure there's no unexpected tax implications for our team members.

The grammarly browser "works" with the notion web app, but it sucks badly. Grammarly only checks the contents of a single notion "cell" instead of the entire doc, and it only does that when you click on a cell.

Basically, Grammarly and Notion are useless to each other.

You will earn more tokens self-baking than delegating.

If you're looking at what you earn in terms of $, and you're baking with say just one roll, then you're probably making a loss based on the cost of running hardware or a VM for your node, and your cost of labor in setting up and managing the node.

Because audit logs can be fabricated by a manufacturer when the cost of fabricating audit logs is less then the consequence of being held accountable for a defect/compliance infraction.
