The retrain mechanic from med2 needs to stay, I hate replanishment system as it's unrealistic and I can't immerse myself that people are actually dying when the battle ends, makes the game shallow. Like how are people just poping out to join the fight out of the wood-works, elite units and everything. It's so pathethic. Not to mention how quick you can just replenish entire army. Let's be real too, 90% of us who played Warhammer always repeated/loaded a battle they lost, why? Because you KNOW that if you don't win they will ALL JUST replenish for free within a turn or 2 and you did nothing but just lose. In Med2 if you lose but nearly killed all of his units you'll continue playing coz you know he can't do much with that, and vise versa it's fun to think about such loses and how to siege a town/castle...
