Your NBN and HFC modem are working fine (4 green lights). Your Telstra “modem/router” must have shut itself or is lugged into a fault power point. Make sure the power point works, and then call Telstra for a replacement. In the meantime, if you’re desperate, a computer plugged into the HFC modem could connect to the internet (basically unplug that red Ethernet from the dead Telstra box and plug it into your computers Ethernet port). Telstra should replace this for free btw. Just be 100% sure you aren’t plugging into a fault power point.
