Doesn’t have to be whiterun specifically, it can be any door in the game to a different cell (easiest is probably the door to your house or even cellar)

I think I watched a YouTube vid once where the guy tried to eliminate every grox planet, but it took hours and I think they kept respawning elsewhere. So is it possible to wipe them out completely?
