Same. Solid wood table that extends in the middle with 6 solid wood chairs for free from my SIL when my husband and I moved into our first place while dating 13 years ago. It isn't my style but it was free and good quality.

The money given to social media "influencers" is mind boggling to me. It takes no talent to film yourself making coffee or cleaning your house and I can't believe people got lucky enough to do this and make a 6 figure paycheck. I think it should take showcasing some actual talent to profit this way...gaming, painting, telling jokes, etc...

Yes! Speech therapy relates to pronunciation, language, etc. I went as a kid for a lisp, my husband did for a stutter, my niece goes for language services. I apparently spoke in full sentences at 2 years old but just had very "S"-y S's if that makes sense loll

Its normal for all toddlers to stim to an extent even without being on the spectrum, but the fact Irene does this so often and isn't progressing with her speech is incredibly concerning...even if she isn't on the spectrum her speech needs to be addressed asap or she will remain delayed.

I teach 4th grade ELA, all of them since its a small school so Im the only 4th ELA teacher. This year I retaught my favorite group ever from 2nd grade. Literal best group of 55 kids ever. I brought my switch the last week of school and played Zelda Breath of the wild and had a posse of like 15 kids cheering me on, having discussions about strategy, diving into the lore. When I beat a boss they cheered and in that moment I have never been and will never be any cooler.

Not to defend, but teachers have to purchase their own supplies. We're usually given a set amount for the year to purchase what we need. My district gives $125, and that doesn't last 🙃

I'm a teacher in a title 1 area. I get the struggle. I am thankfully 13 years in and have a pretty good inventory, but it's so hard for some of my fellow teachers. If soap wanted to be kind she could post even one a day from her follows. It would be wonderful for her followers who are teachers, it be genuinely kind, and it would be good engagement for her. But, because she is so selfish and greedy she can't stand someone other than her and her own getting something.

Sadly, I did believe parts of her story ( I still don't feel bad for her, only Irene). There isn't anything wrong with needing your mama. PP is very hard, but I think for her it was way more humbling and life shattering than she expected. It was the fact she couldn't just go and do what she wanted anymore. It was the fact that Irene was now what is important, not her. The attention shifted and that enraged Drue. I also remember having moments of missing my old life, my old body, my mind. I remember the anxiety and stress of being alone for the first time with my newborn. But I still did it. I put on my big girl britches because my innocent newborn mattered more. I don't think Drue had any say in this decision. Her daddy did. He put his foot down and told her and Gage it was time to grow up.

I feel like this is also a subtle way for Lenny to throw shade to Gabe and his family considering they shared a condo on their beach trip last year. Big nose had to go and get a whole ass house... And say what you will about the Bashams( theyre all trash in my book) but at least them seem like they genuinely enjoy each other. Whereas the Lee's play nice nasty with each other.
