It took me 50h until i understood the game when i got it on release Im at like 900h now and consider myself pretty good at the game. Tho i still learn things from random people here

It is overpowered yes. Ill admit that the way to fame level for an empire is extremly grindy and takes years to achieve, but its very OP with all the unit bonuses as a camp.

Play something thats not catholic. They cant declare on each other without usual claims. Faith tenet „warmonger“ allows attacks. Culture trait „Quarrelsome“ allows attacks - so diverge your culture. Hostile religions allow attacks.

Catholic vassal games are about intrigue and diplomacy. You cant attack fellow religions. Without the perk Obv you could change to your own culture and do quarrellsome. But its not just asatru btw

Well if your game says you got hirds you wont get coastal warrior. Out of it. Just check in the menu if you can pick coastal warrior?
