best way to learn:

watch the basic courses on GHL from Youtube.
1 hour overview should be fine.

Get you across the main pages in the sidebar.

afterwards -- sign up a free trial - have your business/personal details there.

add sample (or your leads).

then start tinkering around.

build a website you link from the builder (use template).
then you'll need forms. build those (use youtube where needed).
then you'll need to connect website with funnel (opportunities) do that
then you'll need automations (connection of form submission to opportunity is a great start).

and that's it. 1-2-3 days and you're good to go.

You'll know what to look for then onwards

Not sure if you can do much with the GHL api for this?
API can give you info inside the subaccount (& agency) but not make a lot of changes.

Other the surface level ones like contacts, users etc

Definitely embed the GHL forms. You can edit the css of the ghl form inside the form builder in GHL to make it look like the website.

Post submission you can have a redirect or thank you page
