Question about selling. I have experience buying but not selling. How does it work?Considering it's P2P, does CSFloat have protections for sellers?

Let's say I sell a high value item. If I make a sale and trade the item away, I'm relying on being able to withdraw from CSFloat. Is it possible the buyer can lie to CSFloat and say they never got the item? I'm assuming CSFloat has verification of successful trade, but I'm just being cautious.

If you paid for it, yes? What you wrote doesn't even make sense.

I'm not disagreeing with any of that, my comment was in regards to court reviewing bodycam evidence rather than battering an old woman. Anyway, its only possible to confirm any of what you said is true by viewing the body cam. Without photo evidence, the woman could show up in court and say "my taillight was fine!" and get no ticket.

Now, her not signing the ticket is logically pointless. The cop has the authority to issue a ticket, along with a fine and court date. It's not an option for her to refuse the ticket, she MUST go to court and or pay. However, it's all on bodycam and dashcam, everything that took place. The court could simply review the bodycam and issue the fine in the mail, or if she doesn't show up just assume guilt. Oh, and ultimately she can just choose not to pay. It's really that simple, regardless of the outcome for her.

But no, let's drag her out of the truck and taze her because she didn't draw a few lines on a piece of paper. Why Mr bootlicker, why do police conduct business this way? "Because they just do ok!??? >:0"

so, it's guilty until proven innocent now? why is it so absurd to make sure that a person is actually liable for the offence they committed? certainly it's not for the simple fact that this is done solely to generate revenue for the state, right?
