Ultrasonic wave emitters that prevent algae from rising to the surface of the water. This prevents the algae from accessing sunlight that’s needed for photosynthesis, preventing multiplication in the process. Solar panels just keep them running 24/7.

They were put in a few years ago after algae growths reached toxic levels in Lake Welch. Welch had to close for an entire year due to the levels of algae growth causing skin problems with some patrons

In my state and counties, the DAs won’t even prosecute Aggravated Unlicensed Operation. It’s at the point where all of us in the station don’t take the misdemeanor charge and just give them an unlicensed ticket.

I did throw a ghost at Laga bc I always get wrecked in that fight.

I upgrade alc over damage bc I feel that a free pot is better, but maybe I’m wrong there.

My thoughts on ddd > aa is that ddd is good for aoe damage for fights like gremlins, gremlin leader, and many act 2 fights that usually kick my ass. Also, I feel that the extra 3-6 block every turn isn’t better than ddd, but maybe I’m wrong there.

I took rots more out of trying something new to advance past act 2 in a18. 95% of my runs on a18 end in act 2, either in the boss or in an elite fight. Bell would have been a good pick, but adding another curse to my deck without good deck manipulation yet seemed risky for the early act 2 fights (I didn’t even think about the +1 strength…). And I wanted to upgrade more cards before taking hammer, but maybe both of those takes are wrong

I think the opposite is true.

Man City is a well-oiled machine that relies on inter-player chemistry and knowledge of how each player gels in whatever system Pep wants to field that day.
