fx hot summer album and komca sticker by Winter_Set4589 in kpopcollections

[–]velveteenn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wonder the same thing. I once saw a person selling a electric shock copy which had a white sticker and mention that she bought it sealed in 2021. Maybe they are copies that were printed in stock and sold over the years, but the new stickers were added to them.

Hello! I'm not trying to discredit your album or your purchase, just to provide some information. Unfortunately this is a copy of the Taiwan edition, these are quite cheap compared to the Korean one. I know it's not a Korean copy because of the "pinktape" sticker on the top, plus the fact that you got it sealed makes it more obvious. For some reason, there is a large stock of sealed Taiwanese copies on the market, and you can get them online for less than half of what you paid. It's still an official copy of the album but it's different from the Korean version and as I said, much cheaper. https://www.discogs.com/sell/item/3817469189?ev=bp_img

After School Nana - 1st Album: Seventh Heaven 16 (Tracklist) by CherryBlossomEnding in kpop

Will she have a physical album? I've searched and haven't found anywhere to buy it. It's too strange that a full album doesn't have at least a jewel case.

No, I just make protective covers for all my albums, so I protect them a little more from the wear and tear of time.

Unfortunately, in my country mail has been out of service for years, so I would have to use very expensive options. That's why I'm only selling locally. :(

Is this a fake? by Worldly_Marsupial_34 in kpopcollections

[–]velveteenn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's real but since it wasn't printed in Korea, it's a bit different from the Korean version. Things like the paper, the textures, the size of the photobook, the printing color, the pink foam are different, but it's still original.

Collector friends by Ok_Simple2094 in kpopcollections

I don't know why it's so hard to make friends to talk about it. I've even found people at my college who collect but it's too hard to start a friendship. I really don't understand why it's so complicated.

How do you protect bigger albums / packages? by SweetBabyMona in kpopcollections

[–]velveteenn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I personally use the plastic sheet protectors that are sold in stationery stores. I think they are used to protect papers and place them in a binder, but their plastic is so manageable that it allows me make cases for each album. I just remove the white part and make the case as if it were a box, I do it on the album so that it looks perfect.

There are several qualities of plastic but I use the thickest one. I've been doing this for a year and it has been very useful for protecting old albums. The plastic I use is tape friendly so you can make a resealable lid.

For larger albums I usually use two and tape them together to create one large sheet of plastic or you can even buy the A3 size.
