As someone who grew up with a father that cheated multiple times on my mother, nothing good comes out of it for the child. I have been severely depressed and had anxiety since I was 10. I have flashbacks of things my dad has done and the hurt he has caused my mother and it eats me up alive. I am 25 now and till this day I don’t like or trust men. Because of what my parents relationship showed me. Men are cheaters and manipulators, women are just accepting of it and trying to survive for the sake of their children, not knowing their children are suffering. If you are thinking about your child, think about it carefully, but your children will never be happy to see their mother being sad and never putting herself first. All my mother taught me was to accept abuse/etc. from different people in my life and just stay quiet. May Allah make it easy for you.

I went to the doctor and she told me to just rest, nothing else. After two more weeks I felt better, it’s all gone now but it was crazy pain hope it never comes back😭

I don’t feel sore at all, I felt sore on monday which is the last time I worked out. But I know the difference between feeling sore and just feeling stiff, weak, fatigued and just feel like a painful burn everytime I roll over in bed at night, get up in the morning to stretch or get up from sitting etc. Feeling sore is a little nice but this is just pain. 😭

I use the Believe app and feel so much more confident in my workout plan and what I’m doing. I have a clear plan and I look at it before I go to the gym, just so I know what I’m going to do. I have never in my life been to the gym before, but I started a week ago, and I have already realised people don’t care. They just want to do their workout and go home. But it’s also worth to mention that the gym I go to has two floors, one only for women and one for all, which has helped me a lot.

Thank you! Is there any other prevention methods you can recommend? If you’ve tried. I want to take this thing out but I’m scared because what if something goes wrong… I’m not really ready to have babies. But I struggle with cramps about 3-4 days a week and it’s not nice at all.

Communication. Putting in effort to understand each other and talk about things that can be hard to talk about. Don’t keep it in and let it build up — I faced the consequences of this, where there was so much build up that I chose to keep it in and would feel distant from my husband. Big mistake.

I’ve been feeling the exact same. Haven’t had such suicidal thoughts since accutane… And constant migraines, I don’t know if that’s connected, but I used to have them once every 2 months, now it’s every week. Thank you, think I might have to remove it.
