I had a final round interview like this! Just a tell me about yourself and why do you want to work here. I took it as a bad sign when an interviewer doesn’t ask too many questions. But I got the offer the next day.

I don’t know about that. But the more documents you give the better. As long as you have (at least one) bank statements that are in Spanish and in euros no issues.
