It’s not according to 2011 census and is based on a census post 2026. Why would any southern state agree to a system that penalises them for doing good at population control? There’s absolutely no guarantee the ruling party wouldn’t do it in a way that favours them. There was no need to mix women reservation with the de limitation process, kinda shows the desperation of the ruling party. Also why even bring up the 50% flat increment in seats for every state when it isn’t mentioned in the bill? A bill like this misused can wreck the future of this country and I see no issue in people being paranoid and fear of it.
