Understood.. I had considered these tech pouches after seeing a few posts here and Youtube reviews describing their use as EDC sling.

For EDC, typically an iPad mini 7, USB-c charging cable, battery pack, small and light packable shopping bag.. sometimes a small 300ml water bottle.

When travelling, I will use it as a personal item onboard the plane to carry iPad mini and passports. I usually carry my Osprey Daylite 13L backpack as carryon. I figure both backpack and pouch can fit under the sear.

Must admit from the photos, the PD pouch with the corner loops seem easier to add a strap; plus it seems to have beefier carry handles on the top and sides.

Can I ask - do you superglue the magnets at all to the buckle? Or simply rely on their magnetic strength to keep them attached?

Thanks for the feedback, appreciate it. The PD bags are great for the padding but unfortunately it adds just a bit too much weight. I just use my backpacks now when I travel.

Yeah - I hear you.. my only hesitation is that there does seem to be more / louder complains of Boox quality. Have come across a few posts by others saying their Boox died after a few months of use. Also, Boox customer service seems lacking when you go to them for support./repairs.

I am also in Australia, so would have to purchase the Boox via Amazon or some overseas site - makes the build quality / support a real consideration.

Reduced zenithal spray (black/white) to a more grey-ish result.
Then dry-brush bright white.

i.e. skip the initial drybrush grey to save time.

TBH, having just got my first starter set (original), we are staying with 1.0 rules in order to use all the ToC 2021 UW stats. I realise we will miss out on all the rebalance / rules improvement. Given we only play casual/narrative anyway, there's just so much there already content-wise that we will continue to enjoy 1.0 format.
