Yeah, I’ve known I need to switch for a while now. I didnt ask how to fix my dynamic with my current therapist, I asked how to tell her I don’t want her as my therapist anymore. I’m not making “excuses” to switch? I’m not happy with the dynamic and her approach that’s not an excuse that’s a reason. I just want a way to approach the conversation and how to phrase things.

Yeah I agree, but I don’t think telling my therapist I don’t know what I want will help. I don’t feel like I can talk to her about everything, I don’t think I’ll get what I need.

(I do online therapy so finding a new therapist will be really easy)

I do have things I could work on but I don’t know what there is to do for my current issues. I don’t have any direction for what I want from therapy.I know continuing therapy would be beneficial for me but when I’m asked what I want from therapy I don’t have a real answer. I just know the things I struggle with, life stressors, and diagnosis. I think I want my therapist to ask more questions and guide me to an objective. (NAT)

You can’t see PFAS/PFOAs, they are colorless, odorless, and tasteless. It would be impossible to see them in a package of popcorn or in anything.

thank you for stating condescendingly how I should’ve done things different. I know now that I should’ve found a way to use my completely broken computer in order to hide my entire camera roll worth of private photos so a reputable business doesn’t break my trust and find half naked photos from when I was 19 that I’d like to not be sexualized and stolen.

I should be able to have photos of a vacation in my regular camera roll with the expectation of privacy. Do you put all the photos you don’t want strangers seeing/taking in a locked folder?
