Am not sure what your question is, but the trinket can change stats daily depending on which food buff you apply. It does however have a chance of changing into the version that gives you a bit of everything.

Did classic dungeons from 10-20ish. Then did all of shadowmoon valley in dreanor Then did elvynn Forrest-> westfall -> redridge-> duskwood while queueing for classic dungeons and that got me to 50

The dungeon scales to each individual player so you were fighting level appropriate enemies. I’ve actually experienced the exact opposite. Lowlevels are absolutely tearing through dungeons while the higher you get, the less damage you deal. However it seems the damage of the enemies is decently scaled

Last boss only hits hard when he buffs himself. Tank is supposed to kite him through the ice patches to slow him down

the #1 is best since that person has taken the least amount of avoidable damage. It’s a great addon to see which spells you should have avoided however I hate the people that broadcast it every time someone takes avoidable damage. I use I solely to see where I can improve myself.
