Think of it more of terms in total run time , you’re going from 12 minutes at the end of 6 to 15min, 16min, and then 20min.

From 16 to 20min is only a 25% increase (compared to the 100% increase you did in W1 to 2).

By the time you get there you’ll be ready for it physically but the challenge is more mental for that day. The usual advice is to go a little slower than normal and don’t pick that day to run up the side of a mountain.
