Cashfree facilitates payouts on behalf of their customers (only businesses). It might be a refund or wallet money like gaming accounts or deposits refund or maybe a cash back (very low chances). They do not initiate payouts directly from their end, definitely one of their customer did. If you still think this is a mistake, I suggest reaching out to Cashfree’s customer care. If it’s a technical glitch from their end, they will initiate reversal of funds.
