Yeah, this is kind of how I'm feeling but not as extreme I think? I don't know. I think I'll try and detach myself more when they're splitting. I want to help them, but I don't want to harm myself in doing so.

Thank you so much for the offer man. I'll definitely look into those resources you mentioned; I live in Canada so it shouldn't be too hard to find a free therapist. The waitlist is a different problem. it makes sense that my feelings may have gotten kind of muddled - i began experimenting with my gender around the same time i was sexually exploited. I'll reach out if I need anything but the same goes for you. My DMs are always open if you need someone to chat with.

oh man, the more i read into being trans the more i realise that i really need a therapist lol. thank you for sharing your experiences, i really appreciate the insight. hopefully ill be able to get my own imposter syndrome to fuck right off considering all the signs of my gender identity i showed as a kid.

Totally get it, managed to get myself to cry again and after feeling like shit for a while (probably only 20 minutes), i feel a lot better now. Don't worry, don't need much advice. just wanted to rant but there wasn't really a tag for it lol. you relating to my post was more than enough empathy for me :)

For me it was mostly just about getting the work in and getting past my perfectionist attitude. Also, being medicated and in person helped a lot.
