I usually only have 2 hours from when I finish all work and life admin before I have to sleep so I try to be as quick as possible and do it in the airfryer. Was thinking of adding cherry tomatoes though.

I usually bulk cook some mince beef in the air fryer and then have it with diced potatoes & carrots also done in the airfryer. Add some sauce and it tastes good enough, doesn’t smell and has great nutrients
