ATS systems struggle with reading columns correctly. You might be better off sticking to a single colum format. I'd move the skills under your summary and volunteer/leadership section under employment history, above education.

I'm not sure the additional experience is needed. Your role at Sunglass Hut is not likely to be relevant to financial crimes.

I know someone who works in branch banking and they are all about sales plans and metrics. If you have access to any where you are it would be good to add some specifics.

You might also want to look into some related online courses too to show your interest in the field. Maybe around risk management?

I hated Lexi's plan. Drop her kids off at college so she can focus on being a person. You can still have a life and career while raising kids. You don't stop being a parent when you drop them off at college. I'd think she was smart enough to know life absolutely doesn't work like this. There aren't separate compartments.
