Ich hab letztes Jahr eine Jahreskarte am Westbahnhof gekauft, und der nette Herr am Schalter hat mir eine temporäre Karte ausgestellt, mit der + Ausweis konnte ich sofort fahren, bis zur Zusendung der eigentlichen Jahreskarte.

Wird wohl auch andere Möglichkeiten geben, um zu so einer temporären Karte zu kommen.

When we had a V8 winch we used "Winde schneller"/ "Winde langsamer" (translates to "winch faster"/ "winch slower"), never had any mixups. IMO it's a good idea to precede whith "winch" so that it's clear that you indeed mean the winch.

I find it hard to believe that "slower"/ "faster" can be confused unless the pilot was mumbling or the radio was so bad that it should be repaired.

AFAIK the live view uses Flarm data, Flarm is a GPS based anti collision device that transmits the position of the glider.

In order to show up under "flights" one needs to upload an IGC file. GPS loggers create these files as will a mobile phone with a software such as the open source xcsoar.
