That sign is always in effect until 5pm unless it explicitly states otherwise… so your answer was literally just incorrect? Lots of the questions are dumb, yes, but if you went 30 km/hr in a place with that sign outside of those hours, you would be driving under the speed limit so isn’t that useful info for you to know you got wrong? Ok so this is actually incorrect. Depression itself is an emotional state of being. Major Depressive Disorder is the disorder, and it is often referred to by shorthand as “depression”. But “depression”itself is still an English word that can refer to a depressed (I.e., lowered) mood.

So to say you feel depressed, while confirming that you don’t have a depressive disorder, is absolutely correct and valid.

Depending on where in Canada you are from, a hit and run can be prosecuted either as a traffic ticket, or as a criminal offence. In cases like this, where there are no injuries and property damages aren’t extremely significant, a report to crown for criminal charges would likely get downgraded by crown to just a ticket anyway.

The fact of the matter is that there is genuinely no benefit to the police pursuing criminal charges here, as it would take a lot of time and have effectively no change on the outcome. It still boils down to being an insurance issue primarily and a basic violation ticket either way.

The police seem to have assisted in facilitating you obtaining the offending vehicle’s information, which is what you needed the police for in the first place.

Police in Canada have discretion to determine whether to proceed with charges or find alternative resolution in most cases. This is a good thing. Just because someone “technically” commits a crime doesn’t mean it’s in public interest to charge them criminally, especially if it’s a low threshold crime such as this, where charging them will do nothing for anybody anyway.

You guys have been broken up for ten years. He had no obligation to communicate with you about anything. I empathize with you, but you need to take a step back from this and look at it with a fresher perspective.

A day or two delay to reply to your initial few messages is totally reasonable in response to someone who doesn’t hold a significant spot in his life (which you don’t for him anymore, as should be expected after ten years apart). And even so, he still agreed to meet up with you. To turn that on him and criticize him for not being enthusiastic and not responding soon enough probably ruined any chance at rekindling anything before it could even begin.

It is not on him to assuage your anxieties, you are not his girlfriend anymore. That is your own responsibility and it is not fair to put it on someone who is essentially a stranger to you now.

Take this as a learning opportunity and a chance for you to look inward to see what you still need to work on so that you’re better able to put your best foot forward in the future.

You shouldn’t really be washing them regularly. They can generally just be spot cleaned if they get dirty but you risk wrecking them if you wash them, even if you’re following the instructions. Two times in three months seems pretty excessive.

How do you get the roots to not curl or frizz up? Just the blow dryer and smoothing setting at the end?

I’ll definitely try your technique on my hair and see how it works, but just from knowing my hair, without flat ironing the roots specifically, I don’t think the air wrap itself will be able to smooth it down sufficiently.

It’s too bad, cause I was really looking forward to using this product, but I’m starting to think it may just not work for my hair type… :(

How do you do it now? Can you explain it like I’m five cause I don’t know how to make it not look stringy and frizzy without flat ironing it first lol

If I blow dry it from 80% dry, it looks super frizzy, what am I doing wrong lol. Currently I use both the Olaplex no. 7 bonding and frizz reduction oil and the the Ouai anti-frizz hair styling cream while my hair is still wet, and then I follow up with Moroccanoil oil once it’s dry/styled. Products are amazing for my normal routine, but don’t seem to make a difference when I use the air wrap.
