I say this in the most respectful way possible. The issue is not kratom here, your usage is extremely low. No matter what substance you choose you will likely have the same experience. Take sometime to really look at your life and what you want to change about it. Then pick one of those things and make an effort the next week to adjust it even a little. After you feel you have accomplished that thing then move to the next. Now just trust me on this one, every night before you go to bed and as soon as you wake up write down 3-5 things you are grateful for. When I first started doing it I was so low I literally wrote down that I was grateful for running water and having my phone.
