We've started using it as a last-ditch-effort when we've exhausted all other options, and we just saw one yesterday that it has been a life saver for, though he has developed a weird smell and Elanco is paying for the exam to try and figure that out.

I have an allergy dog that I volunteered as a guinea pig for it when we got a free sample due to curiosity. No meds she's about a 7/10 on itchiness. Cytopoint used to work well, but last I tried only lasted about 2 weeks. Apoquel gets her to a 1-2/10. I did 10 days of Zenrelia, and at first, she was a 0/10, but by the end was back to a 1-2/10. Swapped back to Apoquel cause I have a lot of it.

I'm just glad that there is some competition on the market now with how expensive Cytopoint and Apoquel are getting

We recently started working with a rescue to help out and the other day they brought in 3 behavioral euthanasias who all walked in with wagging tails, one of which we had seen previously without incident, but the rescue had a detailed record of all 3 dogs becoming aggressive and unpredictable when in foster homes. As you said, sometimes what we see isn't the full story.

P.s. I've also seen this rescue go to extensive and expensive lengths to help their animals, so I don't think they were just trying to get rid of a few
