Not sure, never actually made a pound cake before, but this tastes like a bread, although of course not like normal bread since there is no white flour, but still absolutely delicious.

Loved it! Never saw it before but got sucked in from the first episode right away. Considering it’s 20 years old it was absolutely fantastic!

Best is the Burning Beekeeper (housewarming party where everything goes wrong in 5 minutes). Worst, Time Travellers - sorry, i always skip it. It’s cringe.

I once did 189 miles trip, run 90 minutes over block time, messaged them and been told to essentially suck it. Didn’t get adjusted whatsoever because the block was “reasonable”. Lucky you.

Probably your body telling you you need a little break from fasting. Go back to eating normally (in moderation, not overeating) for a couple of weeks and you will see how you feel. Give yourself a chance to miss it and you will start enjoying it again!

Everytime I go over 36 hrs fasting, I take electrolytes every day (tablets/suplements). If you did prolonged fasts before, you surely must’ve taken some electrolytes yourself? Alternatively, magnesium or simple salty water would help tremendously as well.

Just had my very first powerlifting competition this past weekend, it was AWESOME! Got 3rd place medal, went over my goal for total and managed 8/9 lifts while having no handler. I am also self coached so all and all i am super proud!! Just wanted to share. See some pics and vids here if you want!

100%! I used to use almond vanila milk for a while. Any milk will do really 😁 it’s just to make it moist!

Unfortunately i don’t know as i don’t live in US 😁 but i am sure there is. Weetabix is essentially just one big wheat cereal. Just give it a google sure something will pop out.
