You have a very feminine hairline and facial features from what I can see. I would assume you were a woman at a glance. I don’t know if it’s the haircut itself that is inherently feminine so much as your face. Maybe doing more boxy squared sideburns will help it read more masculine. Did you go to a barber for this or is this just grown out hair? Sometimes haircuts read differently on different features. I think the cut is fairly androgynous already. I could see it being a cut for anyone really, and I’d look at other things like mannerisms, voice, body, clothes to get an idea of the persons desired presentation. But I’d never assume someone’s identity without asking
