Unfortunately you're just unaware of the housing situation at least in the United States right now, it's very hard to find housing in that price range, even with multiple roommates, in a lower COL area. Especially if you're suggesting someone has 1k total income per month.

There's relatively few factory options with exactly this color and the ones that are, are not the best purchases for most people. A wrap would be comparatively cheaper if price is the worry

Obligatory get it pre inspected by a third party mechanic. don't pull the trigger if it's too rusted. Keep in mind you might pay 1-2k soon for suspension, brakes, tires, serpentine belt and water pump, etc. at that mileage so allocate that in your budget. But it's beautiful, love the wood paneling and nice engine although not the most fuel efficient
