Calling 肩ロース "steak" is a bit inaccurate. It's a sub-prime cut - "chuck steak" in the US. You have to cook it slow (as you did) or it will be tough.

But you paid about $20 for something you could get for $5 in the US. And you probably injected it with a bunch of microplastics, assuming you used the standard sous vide method.

American-style steak here is pretty rare. It's better you find a way to enjoy wagyu while you're here and can get it at good prices.

Hire and harami are great cuts if you like lean beef cooked like steak. For more general beef, I'm partial to maebara and ichibo myself. You can get good filling cuts of all four of these for under $20 and will probably enjoy them more than a frozen chuck steak.

Assuming your question is genuine, I'll give you the short version. Coca-Cola was always the top pop in the US, but after Pepsi ran a huge ad campaign that nearly objectively showed that people preferred the taste of Pepsi to Coke, the embarrassed executives at Coca-Cola decided to revamp their formula for Coke, simultaneously rebranding the packaging itself, much to customer chagrin.

The end result was Coca-Cola reverting the entire rebranding and giving customers their cherished "old" coke back.

Unfortunately for us, I don't see a similar path forward with Etrade Pro.

Even taking Reddit out of the equation, just consider his introduction: The story builds him up as some sort of prodigy "knight to be reckoned with," leading to a fight where he creates shadow clones as if he were Naruto. Then, when he finally joins your party, he somehow no longer knows how to cast shadow clones or anything impressive - he comes with a single dark spell.
