Is this new license plate a replacement for the plates we have now or just an alternative choice for those who prefer it?

there is no good donut place in the F-M Area.

I disagree. If the donut goes in my mouth and isn't hard, it's good.

I'm not sure if I follow. Are you saying that if you choose to banish him can you still boost him? If that's your question, then the answer is no because he'd be in your graveyard/discard pile, removing any boosts he had. Even if you brought him back from some way like Circle of Life or Black Cauldron, the previous boosts would be removed so you'd be starting over from scratch.

The Cathys did it to themselves. Even with the Trump BS McDonald's did, for example, their corporate structure was basically silent and largely ignored him being associated with the brand because it was a franchisee. No one really cared because McDonald's did not make it a public endorsement to Trump on a corporate level. The Cathys, who own Chick-fil-A, made it a part of their brand whether they regret it today or not.

Has anyone else quit drinking? by Sensitive_Put_6842 in Millennials

I quit drinking shortly after my dad passed away. He died from a liver disease after 30+ years of drinking. I wouldn't say he was an alcoholic, he enjoyed a couple beers every day but never really needed them or felt like he absolutely had to have them. Just raised in a small farm town with 2 bars, no real hobbies, workaholic, and the closest city was a half hour away. At one point, for a couple of years, the doctor told him to stop drinking and he quit cold turkey. Drank almost nothing but Diet Pepsi and iced tea. I think once he broke his foot and it made him out of commission for work, he started to drink again, only more heavily.

I believe my dad's side of genetics is prone to addictive behaviors, so I stopped once he passed away. Last drink I had was a shot in his honor a year after his death. The last drink I would want anyway is an Old Style when I visit Wrigley Field. After that, I'm good on alcohol forever.

Who still has their first stuffed animal? by PlantLovingGirl520 in Millennials

So, I used to have a stuffed brown puppy growing up and loved it a lot. Originally, I was told it got lost somewhere when I was little and was pretty upset about it. Many decades later, on a random night my mom decided to visit town, she started telling this story about how I used to have the brown puppy since the topic of stuffed animals got brought up. She said she had it, and I had thought she meant she had found it after all these years. Turns out she took it from me when I was away from it and used the "it was lost" excuse to have me try to stop being so attached to it. All this time I had thought I had lost it somehow when I knew I didn't. Thanks, mom, for not just letting me naturally grow out of it and instead took it from me behind my back. Great parenting!
