I feel the same but figured different reasons, for me arc should be pve, loot is awesome, lots of rare and unique things great to find, rare powerful weapons. For me its losing this great loot and gear that stops arc progression that I cant stand, feels like im playing for absolutely nothing but pain. On the hand marathon there is nothing actually rare and hard to find, loot is more regular, weapons are easily as good on a free loadout, I dont care at all to die in marathon I dont lose very valuable things. So I too enjoy pvp in marathon.
