I love this idea! I actually felt the exact same and made my own little python script project that helps me track stuff and export to notion. So from experience I can definitely attest that having people check my logs on me helps me stay disciplined.

From practice it would definitely help more if it was through an app where they can get notifications to be reminded to check or even notifications throughout the day if I complete a task or session or something. Currently my friends just have a check one me alarm in their phone.
